Check your order carefully before submitting. Ian Bradley Hair is not responsible for errors in order placement. We may adjust your order after it is brought to our attention. Additional charges for adjustment are the responsibility of the customer. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN!

During Holidays and sales events, we may experience higher than usual order volume. Deliveries may be delayed. Please allow an additional 1-3 Business days for all orders until further notice effective December 4, 2017. Please note any order received over the weekend will not get processed until the first business day on Monday.

With regard to important federal laws and health regulations, we adhere to a very strict policy due to the nature of our products. We do not accept returns or exchanges! No refunds will be given!

Ian Bradley Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Shipping:
Ian Bradley Hair is not liable for inaccurate and incomplete addresses and shipping methods.

Orders can not be changed after it has been processed. Once the order is processed/shipped it is a completed order.

Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days after orders are submitted and processed for items in stock. WHEN ITEMS ARE NOT IN STOCK, IT MAY TAKE 7- 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY. ALL CUSTOM ORDERS TAKE 7- 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY. COVID-19 MAY ADD ADDITIONAL PROCESSING AND/OR SHIPPING TIME. Orders may be shipped by USPS only. We do not provide International shipping at this time.

All shipping and handling expenses are paid for by the customer. Insurance is used at customers request and expense.

Ian Bradley Hair is not responsible for delayed shipping due to inclement weather, holidays, and postal delays or COVID-19.
